fantastic stay
great location helpful staff
the location was great. the staff was very kind and helpful, they assisted with luggage. we received drinks and fresh fruit upon check-in. the front desk staff greeted us each time we left and came back to the hotel.
our room was quite small with minimal storage space. there was no place to unpack or store suitcases.

the room was a premier beautiful. i found it quite clean. the breakfast buffet had many options. the staff was very friendly and helpful. they provided a map and suggestions for local sights! the bell boys were really nice when they helped me with my luggage. they also assisted with directions.

superb stay
pho station helpful service effortless process
the breakfast buffet offered multiple choices each morning, and i found the pho station particularly convenient. the hotel offered a helpful laundry service, and my clothes came back neatly folded. i booked a day trip to ha long bay through the hotel, it was an effortless process.
the walls seemed a little thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

the staff were attentive and warm. i found the location to be great. i appreciated the cleanliness and order in the room, it was really nice. breakfast leaned toward asian fare, and i found it lovely!!!
